Frequently asked questions

What is the return policy?

Returns & Exchanges Policy

We currently offer exchanges only—no refunds—but we’re here to make sure you end up with something you love.

Easy Exchanges
You can request an exchange within 30 days of delivery. Items must be:

Unworn and unwashed
In original condition with tags attached

We understand that trying things on is part of the process—just make sure items are returned in new condition.

How It Works
Simply reach out to our support team with your order number and the item you'd like to exchange. We’ll guide you through the process and help you find the right size or style.

Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. However, if you received a defective or incorrect item, we’ll cover it and make it right.

Damaged or Incorrect Items
If something isn’t right with your order, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with a photo, and we’ll take care of it as quickly as possible.

Processing Time
Once we receive your item, your exchange will be processed within 5–7 business days, and we’ll send you tracking as soon as your new item is on the way.

What is your shipping policy?

We aim to process and ship your order as quickly as possible.

Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Shipping Times
Estimated delivery times:

Domestic (U.S.): 3–7 business days
International: 7–14 business days

Please note that shipping times may vary depending on your location and carrier delays.

Shipping Rates
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.

Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email so you can monitor your delivery.

Delays
We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs, or unforeseen circumstances. However, we will always do our best to assist if any issues arise.

Incorrect Address
Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.

Lost or Stolen Packages
We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages once they have been marked as delivered. If you experience an issue, please contact the shipping carrier directly.
